This year marks the 72nd edition of the St. George's School Fair, taking place at the Junior School on Saturday, May 3, 2025 from 10:00 am–4:00 pm.

See You At The 2025 Saints Fair!

Welcome to the greatest show on earth! Our carnival brings favourite rides and bouncy castles, while classic games of chance like the Midway. The air is thick with the sweet scent of Barbecue and an array of delicious food trucks.

From the mesmerizing melodies at the Bandstand, featuring our talented students and families, to the spellbinding pull of the Grads & Dads Barbecue serving up mouthwatering delights, every attraction promises to provide exhilarating fun for the whole family!

Join us for memories that will last a lifetime at this spectacular celebration of joy and wonder, where every moment is designed for maximum fun. All proceeds from The Fair go toward the Head of School Tour Assistance Fund and the SGPA Student Assistance Fund.

  • Entrance Tickets

    Welcome, one and all! Online ticket sales for The Fair will begin on Thursday, April 3rd. Along with Fair Entrance Tickets, you can pre-purchase Carnival Bucks for all of the sideshow attractions like the Dads and Grads BBQ, Midway, Upper Field Games, Cake Walk, and so much more!

    Please note: On Fair Day, credit and debit cards will only be accepted at the Carnival Bucks Booth and for purchasing items at Student Arts, Used Uniforms, Gift Baskets, Fashion Boutique, Purse Parade, and Plants Booth. 

    Maximize your amusement time at the Fair by avoiding Will Call lineups when you purchase all of your Carnival Bucks in advance! The Gateway to the big top is through the far East Gate on W. 29th Avenue, at Highbury Street.

    This year, there are many ways you can donate to The Fair!

    The Auction is looking for exciting items to include in the LIVE and Silent Auction including luxury products, gift cards, services, and experiences to keep the bidding alive. To donate, please email headconvenors@stgeorges.bc.ca.

    Gift Baskets, Prizes, and B-I-N-G-O require smaller donations of new and unused items of all sizes ranging in price from $5-100. To donate, please sign up here or email the Head Convenors.

    The Fashion Boutique is collecting well-known and favourite luxury brands for men’s and women’s clothing such as belts, suits, purses, and jewellery in excellent condition. To donate, sign up here or email: fashionboutique.stfair@gmail.com.


  • Groups To Visit

    Alumni Parents’, Lost & Found, and First Aid
    The Carnival is the best way to reconnect with friends new and old. Please visit the Alumni Parents’ Booth. Located to the east of Harker Hall, we’ll be stationed there throughout The Fair to answer questions. 

    This year, we will also be the place for tracking down lost and found items (sometimes kids!), and for help with first aid.
  • Pies

    Pie Booth Online Presales 
    The Pie Booth is back with award-winning pies from The Pie Hole! Pre-Fair online sales are open from April 3rd–17th, and ready for pick-up on Thursday, April 17th at the Junior School from 2:30–4:30 pm. 
     
    Pies can be ordered pre-baked and ready to enjoy, or unbaked and frozen so you can pretend you made it yourself!
     
    Great news! If 3+ pies are ordered, an exclusive Pie Hole carry bag will be included; 5+ pies will be upgraded to an insulated Pie Hole cooler bag. The largest pie order will receive a signed copy of "You Wanna Piece of Me by Jenell Parsons, founder of The Pie Hole. 
     
    Looking for a sweet treat? A hearty dinner? A way to support the Saints Fair? You can do all of these things AND support a local business by purchasing a pie (or two or five)! 
     
    We have curated a spectacular line-up of The Pie Hole’s best sellers, including sweet, savory, baked, and unbaked pies. Get a pie to sweeten today and one to 'save the day' tomorrow!
     
    What's for dinner? How about the best selling chicken pot pie or the TV famous, bacon cheeseburger pie?! Oh yes, we’ve tried them all,  and you should, too! Treat your loved ones to some homemade deliciousness and treat yourself to a night off from cooking. 
     
    Mother's Day is coming…Why not treat Mom to a delicious Key Lime pie? Looking for a gluten-free option? The Chocolate Hazelnut Cream pie has you covered! Feeling adventurous? Blueberry Cream Crumble with Creamy Goat Cheese and a hint of Basil will have you swooning! But hurry, you only have until April 17th to order online for pick-up before The Fair.

  • Plants

    Plants Booth 
    The spectacle of all spectacles, the Plants Booth promises the grace and beauty of plants!

    Embark on a gargantuan garden adventure and order your plants online! Explore a fun house with choices of bedding plants, planters and hanging baskets that blossom with dazzling beauty. Make your online purchase and pick up your plants at the After Fair Merchandise Pick-Up on Saturday, May 10, 2025. More pick-up details will be emailed to you.

    For those who crave the thrill of in-person plant attractions, a marvellous selection of plants will be available for credit or debit card purchase on Fair Day, on the front lawn of the Junior School.


    After Fair Plant Pick-Up 
    After-Fair Plant Pick-Up provides a convenient, curb-side pick-up service for plant orders. Items will be organized by your scheduled pick-up time on Saturday, May 10, 2025 — precisely one week after The Fair — for delivery right to your car. A link will be provided after sales close, ensuring a seamless hands-free pickup.
